Before installing, you need to allow your Firestick to install apps from outside the Amazon store. This is a quick, one-time setup.
From your Firestick home screen, go to Settings → My Fire TV → About. Highlight your device name and click it 7 times — a message appears saying "You are now a developer".
Go back to My Fire TV → Developer Options. Select Install Unknown Apps (on newer devices) or turn Apps from Unknown Sources to ON. This lets the Downloader app install the Smarters APK.
From the Firestick home screen, search for Downloader (the orange icon). Install it — this free app lets you download the IPTV Smarters APK directly. Consider supporting the app via an in-app purchase if prompted.
Open the Downloader app and select the URL bar. Type the official IPTV Smarters Pro download URL (from the app's official website) and press Go. Downloader will begin fetching the APK file.
Wait for the download to finish — you'll see a progress bar showing the file size and percentage. Once it's at 100%, the installer opens automatically.
On the install screen, select Install (bottom-right). It doesn't require any special access. When it finishes, you can either Open it now or tap Done.
Back in Downloader you'll be asked whether to delete the APK file. Select Delete → Delete again. This frees up storage on your Firestick — the app is already installed, so you don't need the installer file anymore.
