These Terms & Conditions apply to all IPTV services provided by IPTV Subscription Ireland via our official website iptvsubscription.irish. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We offer digital television streaming (IPTV) delivered via internet protocol. Channel availability may vary depending on technical, regional or licensing restrictions. All services are for personal and non-commercial use only.

We supply access credentials only. Media player applications (such as IPTV Smarters Pro and Smarters Player Lite) are third-party software not owned or operated by us. We do not host, store or broadcast any media content.

A contract is established when you complete your order and receive a confirmation from us (by email or WhatsApp). This confirmation activates your access to our IPTV service.

All prices listed are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments must be made in advance through the secure payment options available on our website. Your subscription will be activated as soon as payment is successfully received.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all IPTV subscriptions. Refunds apply to verified server-side faults within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions set out in full on our Refund & Returns Policy page. Please review that page before requesting a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Temporary service outages due to technical maintenance or internet issues.
• Content streamed from third-party sources.
• Misuse of the service by users in violation of applicable laws.
• Issues caused by your own device, third-party player app, internet connection, Wi-Fi or ISP.

To use our IPTV service, you will need:

• A stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended; 15 Mbps+ for 4K).
• A compatible device (Smart TV, Android box, PC, smartphone, etc.).
• An IPTV player or app compatible with our platform. See our setup guide for details.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund:

• Reselling or sharing your subscription without our permission.
• Sharing logins beyond your plan's device limit, or any unauthorised commercial use.
• Using a VPN to bypass regional restrictions (where applicable).
• Recording, restreaming or broadcasting content publicly without authorisation.

Subscriptions are based on the duration you select at checkout. Auto-renewal does not apply — your subscription will not be charged again automatically. You may cancel at any time; however, refunds are only provided within the 7-day guarantee period and only for verified server-side faults, in line with our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection regulations. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is our registered place of business. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws of your own country.
